Food, Drink and Service
Consider it your own personal “movable feast,” to borrow a line from
Ernest Hemingway.
Breakfast and lunch will be available on board your catamaran every
day of your sailing charter with choices like fresh island fruit,
muffins and bagels and even sit-down bacon, eggs and toast
breakfasts when you desire.
For two evenings of your charter, you and your group will be treated
to fully catered dinners by an expert island Chef according to your
personal menu selection (as provided in your Reflections Sailing
Charters information package), to be prepared on shore and served on
board your catamaran. These specially created dinners will be
festive occasions done in grand style as you share your memories and
clink your wine glasses to the vacation of a lifetime!
The balance of the evenings will be filled with visits to remote and
unique island restaurants to enjoy wonderful island cuisine under
the stars! These charming one-of-kind eateries offer their own BVI
ambience and hospitality against the backdrop of natural sand, surf
and unspoiled beauty that are truly “Nature’s Little Secrets.”
Service Guidelines
Your Captain’s skills are best utilized in sailing the yacht and
navigating to wonderful points of interest and beauty throughout the
BVI.
Guests should be aware that the Captain is not the cook or valet.
Everyone is responsible to help make the meals aboard and keep the
yacht ship shape. Should you not wish to help out with the
day-to-day sailing and cooking, we will be happy to provide
additional Reflections Sailing staff for your convenience.
